MFM#19: Pudding nasi dengan almond dan selai strawberry

Posted on

Description:
Ini nyontek Primarasa Femina. Bikinnya gampang dan lumayan rasanya. Resep asli ngga pake selai strawberry.

Ini untuk meramaikan ajang MFM#19 yang bertemakan pudding yang diorganisir oleh ibu Tio. Thank you for organizing this event, ibu Tio.

Aku cuma buat 1/2 resep. Intinya ini bikin bubur panggang.

Ingredients:
200 ml air
50 gram beras putih
625 ml susu
50 gram gula pasir (resep aslinya gula kastor)
vanili bubuk
Selai strawberry (resep asli ngga ada)
Taburan:

Kayu manis bubuk
Almond iris yang sudah dipanggang

Directions:
1. Masak beras dengan air dengan api sedang. Panci ditutup, tapi sekali-sekali diaduk supaya ngga gosong. Masak sampai airnya habis dan beras menjadi lembek.

2. Masukkan susu, gula dan vanili. Aduk terus sehingga menjadi bubur matang. Angkat.

3. Sediakan cawan.

Kemarin aku ngisi 1 sdm selai kayaknya sih kebanyakan.

Untuk cawan yang besar (250 ml) ngga aku isi selai, wong selainya sudah habis. he…he…he…

4. Tutup cawan dengan aluminium foil kemudian panggang dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius selama 10-15 menit. Aku panggang dengan suhu 160 derajat Celcius selama 16 menit (soalnya ovenku selalu minta suhu lebih rendah daripada resep kecuali kalau pengin gosong. hi…hi…hi…).

Hahaha, it’s so convenient to buy it in the supermarket! I guess that’s why I will never bother to become a good cook, there’s too much for sale that’s already prepared. ;-))

I can see that Holland provides so much prepared food. My God….You can find them in every supermarket. Furthermore, you can even find also so many kinds of instant boemboes (not only Knoor but also Conimex and others). But if you used to have fresh boemboe, you will be not satiesfied. For European boemboe (for example provided by Knoor), I can accept the taste. But for the instant Asian boemboe (at least the Indonesian boemboes), it tastes very strange. The first week I got here after we are married, I tasted the sambal oelek (I forgot the brand I use), I asked Leo: “Are you sure it is sambal….????” or when Leo cooked bami goreng for me using the instant boemboe, I asked Leo: “Are you really sure that this is bakmi goreng?” In my opinion it did not taste bami goreng at all….. After that, he stops cooking Asian food using instant boemboe. He let me cook Indonesian or Asian food. Then, he usually cooks European food (at least I don’t know the real taste…ha…ha…ha…). But I have to admit, Leo is a good cook. If he has time, he likes cooking…. I can complain about the taste of Conimex, but at least Conimex has a great contribution to popularize the Indonesian culinairs….
